Upgrading your plan is quick and easy. First log into your Paych account. Proceed to the Subscriptions tab. There you will see your current plan and the other plans we offer. To upgrade, just click on the plan that works best for you.

Yes! Paych offers a 14-day free trial after creating an account and selecting a plan.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and PayPal. For more information on acceptable payments, click HERE.

Aw, we’ll be sorry to see you go. If you require a cancellation of service, log in to you Paych account. Proceed to the Subscriptions tab, there you will see the section manage your plan. Click on that section, locate the plan cancellation and from there you will be further instructed.

Once your account is approved, you can subscribe to a Free plan. This plan lets you send up to 12,000 emails per month for free!

Simply go to the Plan and billing page and enter your organization’s address and credit card information to complete your subscription. The billing period starts right after you enter your credit card details.

We have localized servers on every continent, allowing Paych to be accessed worldwide. For more information on our global deployments, please contact us.

Card expiry is nothing to worry about with Paych. You will receive reminders about your credit card 3 months prior to expiration. This will allow you plenty of time update your credit card information, avoiding any possible payment issues. If for some reason you are to miss the due payment, Paych grants 30 days to update your credit card information.
